Conan Gray is an American singer and personality born in 1998. He was born in San Diego, California, but later moved across the country, settling in Georgetown, Texas. As a teenager, Gray always had a passion for the arts and would later begin a YouTube channel in 2013 for vlogs and other content.
Conan Gray would attend UCLA in Los Angeles, California, and grow his following out from there. His music career would take off in 2018 when he signed a deal with Republic Records and released his debut single “Generation Why.” His debut EP Sunset Season would arrive later that year to critical acclaim and a rapidly growing fanbase.
Conan Gray’s debut EP would peak at #116 on the Billboard 200 and #2 on the US Heatseekers Albums chart. His tracks “Idle Town” and “Crush Culture” were received well, and gained millions of streams while being featured in major publications such as Genius and Billboard. He would tour as an opener for Panic! At The Disco and perform at various festivals worldwide.
Conan Gray’s most recent single, “Maniac,” was received well and was his first song to chart. He prepares for his debut album as he continues to release new content.
